A preview of all the special liveries at the 2026 F1 Monaco Grand Prix

The 2026 F1 Monaco Grand Prix kicks off the European leg of the 2026 Formula 1 season, and the grid returns to the historical Circuit de Monaco for one of the most iconic events on the calendar. Ahead of the 2026 F1 Monaco Grand Prix, teams celebrate significant milestones with special one-off livery designs at the season’s first European race.

McLaren

McLaren celebrates its 1000th Formula 1 race at the 2026 F1 Monaco Grand Prix. To commemorate the historical milestone, the team revealed a special one-off design that drivers Oscar Piastri and Lando Norris will drive at the 2026 F1 Monaco and Spanish Grands Prix.

The design features an orange-and-black colour scheme with a metallic finish, and the key highlight is the large ‘1000’ on the sidepods. The special livery pays homage to McLaren’s history in the sport and recognises its key accomplishments.

As the team returns to the track of its first-ever Formula 1 race, Piastri and Norris will be joined by living Monaco Grand Prix winners throughout the weekend.

McLaren CEO Zak Brown reflected on the team’s historical milestone and spoke about the team’s drive throughout its history, saying ‘McLaren Never Quits’.

“Lining up on the grid to race McLaren’s 1000th Grand Prix in Monaco this year provides a perfect opportunity to recognise our rich history in motorsport. We’re only the second team to reach this incredible milestone, so what better moment to reflect on our past, our present and our future.

“Throughout our past, this team has always shown grit and determination, whether that be in periods of success or the trickier times. McLaren Never Quits, and this livery and the moment on Thursday is a special way to celebrate how far we’ve come. We look forward to running it out on track and recognising what we have achieved from our first race, here in Monaco back in 1966, through to now. Here’s to 1000 more.”

Aston Martin

Aston Martin will run a unique livery at the 2026 F1 Monaco Grand Prix in honour of their collaboration with Principal Partner, Maaden.

In addition to the team’s signature British Racing Green, there will be strikes of iridescent copper visible on the front end of the AMR26. The livery will be wrapped in a gradient of other metallic shades under varying lighting that blends into Aston Martin’s iconic green towards the rear. According to the team, the gradient is meant to represent “the transformation of metals and minerals from the earth to high-performance engineering”.
